Many of my buyers have been frustrated over the last few months submitting offers and not getting them accepted or outbid by cash investors. There is a great window right now during the holidays where many investors and future homeowners sit out the holidays and put off their home buying purchase until early Jan. That can mean the difference of getting an offer reviewed and accepted if you act now...Just a trend I see....
